If your looking for a feel good Rockie type movie then this is it. Of course the parents with younger kids were laughing at every cheesy scene and of course this would be the type crowd who applauds in the theater when he wins at the end. I would seriously leave a girl there at the theater if we were on our first date and she begins to applaud. Kevin you lost my business in theaters from here on out.

While the critics weren't particularly impressed, apparently, this viewer disagrees with that assessment. Sure, the film could have been improved in a couple of ways but it really comes down to whether or not it's worth the price of a ticket. That answer would be yes. Is it the movie of the year? Nope. Still, it's warm, comical and not especially difficult to enjoy. See it. You won't be disappointed.

Movie is good family oriented. Great moral great plot. It is proof that you should never give up never give in.
